Non-Commercial Nature of Workshops
To maintain the educational integrity of the program PRSM policy obliges presenters to not use educational sessions for commercial, sales pitches, self-promotion or unwarranted criticism of a competitor. Presenters are not permitted to distribute company promotional literature, brochures or sales material of any form to attendees. PRSM provides a forum to professionals to have an open dialogue and creative exchange of ideas free of bias and commercial content.
If you are planning to use picture, articles, and other tangible items in your presentation, please make sure you are authorized by the author to use. As a conference presenter it is your responsibility to request necessary permissions or licenses from any persons or organizations whose material you have included in your presentation.
PRSM endeavors to be in strict compliance with all U.S. Federal and State Anti-trust laws, rules and regulations. Therefore, to circumvent even the appearance of impropriety, we request that all PRSM members and participants avoid discussions before, during or after all PRSM events about prices or price levels, including cost of operations, supplies, labor or services, allowance for discounts, terms of sale and profit margins and mark ups.
